Mahi Mahi Tacos
Queso Salsa: Chop queso fresco, green onion, cilantro, tomato (seeded). Mix together. Salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.
Tacos: Season fillet to taste (I used garlic salt, cumin and peper). Sizzle in a pan with a little Pam or touch of oil. When mostly cooked, break apart and add peppers and onions. Saute together until veggies are cooked to your liking. Douse with Lemon juice. Serve on the warmed tortillas and top with the queso salsa.
